It is a little too easy to simply delete not-so-favourable reviews, and then to invite people to just review again, especially in the situation when user BLESSED, a representative of the place under review, is allowed to post an overly positive review.
If there is that much controversy about a place like NHT you may want to consider removing it all together from a review site like this.
